What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We primarily use U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service. This allows us to provide fast, secure, economical  shipping services. All of the shipments will have a tracking # and the recipient will receive an email at the time of shipment origination. USPS Priority has a guaranteed delivery within 2-3 days anywhere in the 48 continuous U.S.

INTERNATIONAL

Flat rate international shipping is $25. Shipping time varies on the destination.

How do I track my order?

When you order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How do I create an account?

Click the “Sign In” button on the top right corner of the website. Click “create account” and follow the instructions provided. You also have the option to create an account during the checkout process.

How do I return an item?

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return your item, Organic Tagua Jewelry offers a 15 day refund guarantee minus the cost of shipping/labor. Please notify us of any item being returned. All documents must accompany the item being returned. The returned package must be postmarked within 15 days, starting on the day the item was received to insure credit. Please note, that there is a 10% standard restocking fee for returned items. 

Refunds: A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned inventory. Customer service will contact you to issue a credit. 

Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged when it arrives, please contact customer service as soon as possible to get a replacement sent out
