USPS Priority has a guaranteed delivery within 2-3 days anywhere in the 48 continuous U.S.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate international shipping is $25. Shipping time varies on the destination.

Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged when it arrives, please contact customer service as soon as possible to get a replacement sent out

How do I return an item for a refund?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The return package must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All original packaging and documentation must accompany the returned item.
- Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Exchanges
Organic Tagua Jewelry does not offer exchanges or store credit.
If you would like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
Damaged or Defective Items

To process a damage claim, customers must provide clear photographs showing the damage for review and approval.
Once approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, or a refund of the damaged item if that product is sold out. Organic Tagua Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels for damaged merchandise unless otherwise authorized by Customer Service.
