Waited anxiously for this delivery. Have lived this necklace since I first saw it. Already had the earrings. The colors on the nuts are very intense, so beautiful. I do prefer the suede rather than when they are made with string (which gets caught in my hair). Easy to put on. On the shorter side. I usually get longer ones, but still absolutely love this set.
Not happy to discover that one of the earrings has a crack that has been repaired.

The center loop on each earring was cracked when I received my earrings. How do you rectify that? I don't wish to pay to return the earrings. I would appreciate a replacement pair in the same color, red.

I had purchased a pair of Vero Earrings when on a cruise around South America a couple of years ago. They were among my favorite pairs as well as being a souvenir of the trip. A couple of weeks ago I came home to look in the mirror and discover that while the hook was still in my right ear, the actual earring had dropped off. I was very pleased after searching around for a while to find the exact same pair on your website, plus a sale. So I replaced my earrings (I now have a spare if need be) and bought two more pairs for myself and a pair for a friend. Love them all.
