Returns, Exchanges, Damages

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund to 661 Maplewood Drive Ste. 15 Jupiter, FL 33458

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return package must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • All original packaging and documentation must accompany the returned item.
  • Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

Organic Tagua Jewelry does not offer exchanges or store credit.

If you would like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at phone number 772-266-8712 or email retail@taguabysorayacedeno.com

To process a damage claim, customers must provide clear photographs showing the damage for review and approval.

Once approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, or a refund of the damaged item if that product is sold out.  Organic Tagua Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels for damaged merchandise unless otherwise authorized by Customer Service.
